Hi I like to cooking. ^-^♡♥
Hi Emma, thanks, this was a nice lesson. I have a question, maybe this falls more in the realm of phrasal verbs, when you say: "everyone dresses up scary costumes", how different is to say: "everyone dresses scary costumes"?, what is the function of "up"? Is it really necessary? Is there any rule for using this? I noticed other similar phrases but with "out". 🙂
