What is TOEFL?
The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) measures how well non-native speakers of English can analyze and understand university-level English.
– Students who want to study abroad take the TOEFL test each year.
Clearing the TOEFL is necessary for admission to colleges and universities in countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Modes of TOEFL Exam –

Age Limit
ETS – the conducting body of TOEFL has not specified any age limit required to appear for the TOEFL test.

How Many Attempts Allowed?
The TOEFL test can be attempted as many times as the candidate wants, but to take a re-test the candidate has to wait for a 12-day period after attempting the first test.

Educational Eligibility
Students who have successfully passed out high school or equivalent are eligible to appear for the exam.

Documents Required at the Exam
At the exam, candidates are required to carry their TOEFL Registration Slip or their TOEFL Admit Card. They will also be required to carry their photo ID as proof (a valid passport) and every other document the student might deem necessary at the examination venue.

TOEFL Exam 2019 Fees
The registration fee for the TOEFL exam varies from location to location. The registration fee for TOEFL in India is US$180 or Rs12,240. Apart from this, candidates also need to pay extra for other services like late registration, rescheduling the exam or score review. The cost of different services are mentioned below:
